Pricing questions.

A scored transaction is any event sent to POST /v1/score in live mode that receives a risk_score response. Test-mode transactions through the sandbox do not count toward billing. Failed requests due to invalid API keys or malformed payloads are not billed.
No. The Pilot tier has no minimum monthly spend. You pay only for what you score. If you score 1,000 live transactions in a month, you pay $3.50. If you score zero, you pay nothing. Volume tier may include a negotiated minimum depending on the rate agreed.
Pilot tier scales with your volume at the same per-transaction rate. There are no overage penalties. If you consistently exceed 500K monthly transactions, we will proactively reach out about Volume pricing, which will be lower per transaction than the Pilot rate.
Yes. The Sandbox tier includes a synthetic transaction generator that produces realistic transaction event streams with known fraud patterns pre-labeled. You can test your integration, your threshold calibration, and your alerting logic entirely on synthetic data before flipping to live mode.
No. Pilot tier is month-to-month with no contract. You can cancel at any time. Volume tier may involve a negotiated term depending on the rate, but this varies by arrangement. We do not lock pilot customers into contracts.
